A parliamentary panel reports that less than 4% of students have completed SWAYAM courses since 2017, citing issues like outdated content, poor infrastructure.
The SWAYAM platform facilitates hosting of courses, taught in classrooms from Class 9 till postgraduation, to be accessed by anyone, anywhere at any time.
