Great to see so many players from Afghanistan in IPL: Rashid Khan

In 2017, when spinner Rashid joined Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), he became the first-ever Afghanistan player to play in the cash-rich league. Since then, a lot of Afghanistan players have graced the competition with their presence, notably spinner Noor Ahmed, star all-rounder Mohammed Nabi, all-rounder Azhmatullah Omarzai, and now the 18-year-old spinner Allah Ghazanfar, who was bought by the Mumbai Indians (MI) during the Indian Premier League (IPL) mega auction this year.
