South Korea scrambles jets as Chinese and Russian planes enter air defence zone

China and Russia have expanded military and defence ties since Moscow ordered troops into Ukraine nearly three years ago.
The military of South Korea reported Friday that it had scrambled fighter jets after six Russian and five Chinese military aircraft passed over its air defence zone, which is larger than the nation's airspace.
