Delhi Police arrested Javed Khan and Shahrukh Ali for running a fake PhD admission racket, defrauding a woman of ₹1,80,000.
Two suspects were taken into custody by Delhi Police on Saturday in relation to a fraudulent online PhD admissions scheme.
