Sandeep Dikshit, a senior Delhi Congress politician and the party's contender for the New Delhi seat, has sued Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders Chief Minister Atishi and Member of Parliament Sanjay Singh, among others, for civil and criminal defamation.
