Tahawwur Rana, accused in 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, has appealed to US Supreme Court to prevent his extradition to India after losing previous legal battles.
US court had approved the extradition of a Canadian businessman of Pakistani descent Tahawwur Rana to India where he is sought for his involvement in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.
