Ludhiana: Two cops booked over missing theft case files

One of them — assistant sub-inspector Sandeep Kumar is serving as a nayab court and the other ASI, Bhupinder Singh, has retired; the theft cases date back to 2014 and 2015; officials say both would be apprehended
The inquiry into the cases was led by the additional deputy commissioner of police (City 4).
