While Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad had earlier urged the Panjab University authorities to award the medals to students, former senator Davesh Moudgil, who is also the former Chandigarh mayor, has now raised the issue in a letter to Chandigarh administrator Gulab Chand Kataria. (HT File)
