Dacoity case suspect attempts to escape, shot at by police in Karnataka's Ullal

The accused, identified as Murugandi Thevar, had been taken into police custody until February 3 as part of the investigation.
Murugandi, the accused tried to flee and the police fired a shot, hitting him below the knee to prevent his escape.
