BSE, NSE to be alternative trading venues to each other in case of outages: SEBI

This is to reduce price risk for investors as announcements can come from companies and alter the share price at the time of an outage at a stock exchange
The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) will act as alternative trading venues to each other from April 1, 2025 in case of outages, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) announced in a circular on Thursday, November 28, 2024
